Both of these pictures are so great! Defrostness is going to be my new favorite word! and David typing with two fingers is classic!
So, are you going to write your dissertation on that typewriter? ;)
So believe it or not, the two-finger approach is actually quite effective on the Royal; those manual keys require some force! Last night after working at the typewriter I momentarily thought something was wrong with Lappy's keyboard, because the keys were so easy to push (and silent!).
Would that I had the strength, fortitude, accuracy, and effortless articulacy to write my dissertation on the Royal. Lacking those, sadly, I'll be sticking with computers!
