Gah! That's what I was going to say. Now I'm drooling all over the keyboard. We don't get much local stone fruits down here, something about the hot climate...the trees need a cold spell or something.:sadface:
Thanks, ladies! The recipe actually calls for canned apricots, which is what I used. But we do have a tree in the front yard that looks promisingly like an apricot, so hopefully fresh ones will be forthcoming.
