Today, I had a massage! A friend and I had hour-long appointments, and because the massages are done by students, they're only $30. They also include legs and arms, apparently to meet students' practice requirements. I did not complain. Who knew that having your knees massaged could feel so good?

That's a sweet deal. I've never had a massage before. Mostly because of the $$ but also because of the stranger-touching-me thing.
I guess the stranger-touching thing does seem kind of weird, when you think about it... but in reality, at least for me, it wasn't, at all. I generally just felt very cared for.
You deserved it after all that running!
My mother just got certified and licensed as a massage therapist. She gives me free massages when I visit. Very nice.
