Tuesday, happy Tuesday...*
It's Super Tuesday! I encourage all of you whose states hold primaries today, and who are able to do so, to get out and vote. We're making history!
In Minnesota, it's warm and a bit sloppy, as you can see by the puddles on the Greenway in these pictures of me in my new balaclava (which, unfortunately for my fashion statement, I seem to have on a bit askew). By "warm," I mean 30 or so; I was plenty glad to have on a full face mask. By sloppy, I mean that the seat of my jeans is still damp from the ride home. I've got to get some fenders.
*Do you remember that Shania Twain song, "Whose Bed Have Your Boots Been Under"? It seemed strange to me that she would sing about a day of the week... but that's how it sounded to me. And apparently, I'm not the only one!

Arr! I'm so upset that I can't vote today, although Missouri is expected to lean towards Obama.
The one thing I forgot to plan before I left!
You look so cute in your balaclava! Which isn't the point, I know...you also look warm...but still cute. :)
I'm gonna get me one of those balaclava things...a-yup, sure am.
Oh. On a different note: could you change the name you link to me with? I've students and all, and I *really* don't want them to find me. (Paranoid? Well, duh!) :)
every time i read the word: balaclava, i read it as baklava.
you look super cute wearing your baklava.
hee.
Ooh, thanks, guys! I like to pretend that I look like a NINJA... but I guess I'll settle for cute.
And Turqois, I changed your link name. I should probably be more paranoid about students finding me, too...
The first thing I thought when seeing that picture was "Ninja." Glad to know I wasn't the only one.
