International Quirkyalone Day
Happy IQD, all!*
Today, my phone turns one year old. (I posted about it on the 17th, but bought it on the 14th; it was a V-day sale.)
To celebrate, here are a few pix.
First, the graduate office, including my own desk, taken yesterday:

And, finally, random pictures that show my phone:
Here's to another year of portable documentability.
*I wrote this post and then realized I should link to the Quirkyalone site; when I got there, Sasha's first line was the same as mine. Wow.

Quirkyalone day huh? I'd never heard of it, but I like it. Also, I took the quiz and apparently I'm very quirklyalone. I scored 99. Hopefully that's a good thing.
Thanks for linking to the explanation. It sounds like a very healthy attitude...way better than trying to force oneself to settle for something generated by social pressures.
P.S. I love that final photo of you and your phone in the mirror. So cute.
You are way better than me at exporting your phone pictures. Mine haven't seen the light of day for years! :)
(I failed the word verification...*sniff*)
David, I admit my obvious bias, but yes, I think quirkyaloneness is a good thing!
Thanks, Curly Sue!
And Ern, it's not quite as easy as taking pictures off a regular digital camera, but my microSD reader is awesome.
i love the quirkyalone concept! thank you for the link! i'm so excited! (and i scored 113)
i get the photos off of my phone by emailing them to myself.
I love the hoop pearl earrings.
