Pictures
I took these pictures of my office (and out the window that consistently fascinates me) yesterday with my camera phone. They appear to be a little smeary, but do sort of capture the permeating feel of the light. As always, click for larger images.

Thanks for making extraneous quotation marks such a prominent part of this blog. I really do appreciate that kind of humor.
yes, i'm a fan of the extraneous quotation marks too.
is that your apartment in the background of the rock star picture? i really like the draped christmas lights.
same thing that strovska said... very cool!
Yea! Toast!!
Love the pictures of your office. It really makes such a difference to have natural light! But, does the sink mean that your office was once a bathroom?
Rachel, yep, it's my apartment, with my new (and currently very overloaded, though it looks emptier because of the speaker in front) bookcase in the back. The lights were a last-minute decision, and I was really happy with how they turned out--thanks for noticing!
Ter, toast always makes me think of you!
And Erin, my office was once a dorm room, which I think is pretty fantastic. Some of my neighbors even have tubs!
