Q & A

Question: Is it possible to bike when it's 1 degree above zero outside and snowing?
Answer: Yes.

Question: Is one completely miserable under these circumstances?
Answer: With snow pants, snowboarding jacket, and snowboarding boots in addition to the usual hat, scarf, and investment mittens, no.

Question:
Is such an activity advisable?
Answer: That may depend on what the definition of "is" is.

The thing about the snowboarding boots is that since my feet weren't strapped in, as they usually are, I actually felt a bit more secure (although less efficient). The extra snowbunny (thanks, Angela!) padding is good, too, when it's slippery. But poor Scott--I will bike with even more caution now, on your behalf. Heal soon!
